The hours beta, in plain language
The deal
hours is free while it's in beta. After the beta it's CA$69 per clinic per month; we'll tell you before anything changes and nothing is charged without your say-so. hours prepares payroll numbers; it never remits payroll, and your bookkeeper should validate the first export.
Your data
Your clinic's data (staff names, PINs stored as one-way hashes, punches, pay rules) is stored in Canada and used only to run hours for your clinic. We never sell it. You can export your records at any time, and if you leave we delete your clinic's data on request. Staff PINs identify people at the punch bar; treat them like keys to the clinic.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you're authorized to set up time tracking for your clinic and to enter your staff's names. Employment standards math is province-aware but not legal advice; final payroll decisions stay with you and your bookkeeper.
Beta honesty
Beta means we ship improvements often and occasionally something wobbles. Your punch record is append-only and backed up; we treat it as the thing that must never be lost. Questions or concerns: hello@wemark.ca.
